Got this hamstring support last minute as my hamstrings have been tight for a couple weeks in the middle of a training block. I already use bear hug knee supports so trust the brand. The bearhug compression is a good firm fit (I ordered size large (myheightis 178 cms, 77 kgs weight, average build). It grips well and doesn't slip towards the knee. They are fairly comfortable to wear and I do feel the compression supporting my hamstring. I've worn one on my left leg whilst running which has given me the confidence to run faster following a mild hamstring injury.

The fabric and everything was fine but the size did not match with my measurements. I have big thighs and in the measurements on the site it said that 61cm was equal to size XL or XXL, I dont remember. Yet none of the sizes were fitting me. Unfortunately.

Despite being a dedicated cyclist and reasonably fit I thought that playing Walking Football would literally be a stroll in the park.
How wrong I was !!!
I suddenly experienced the use of other muscle groups which caused me some initial discomfort particularly to my left leg hamstring (I’m left footed).
I needed some compression help and have found the Bearhug support very effective.

It's very tight and I have the right measurements , so it's not that . However I would not advise them if playing cricket , it's more designed for running I'd think , however I do wear it after playing sports to help with recovery and then it's perfect
