Bearhug’s Lower Back Lumbar Support
The Lumbear is Bearhug’s take on a lower back lumbar support. Designed with our unique
adjustable pulley system it’s easy-to-wear, adjustable back support that provides strength
and stability to the lumbar spine, spinal erectors, and deep abdominals. The brace comes in
a corset-like design, allowing plenty of support around key abdominal muscles and
mimicking the action of the obliques, deloading the lower back. By increasing tension around
this abdominal area, the posterior support offloads the tone in the erectors spinae and
quadratus lumborum, which in turn reduces muscle spasms. The Lumbear is a useful
muscle and spine-supporting brace when you want to offload muscle spasms or recover
from heavy training sessions.

its a lot of money for what it is!the stitching came undone on something what doesn’t do anything,which is pointless being on it!i was offered £10 discount 😂😂
The Lumbear is transformative! It's helping my back to heal, and it's providing very effective support to allow me to resume back-heavy work (cutting the meadow, for example). I'm wearing it all day, not just when gardening or walking, and I'm finding it super comfortable worn over a T-shirt, and very easy to adjust for different needs and postures. My wife teases me about the 'Goth-chick' rear view, but that's discreetly hidden under outer clothing. 100% recommended.

I've never had a back support which offers so much flexibility when it comes to the level of support or the required level of movement. Just had a recent spine fusion after 3 previous failed surgerys and the support and protection it provides i give 5 stars its very comphatable even after 9 hour operation a couple of weeks ago , ive tried many others bur this one is worth shelling out for , money well spent thankyou

I’ve lumber spine problems which have caused Sacro iliac joint problems. I’ve chronic pain and have tried over 10 different supports and aids to help.
I reluctantly spent £129.99 on purchasing rhe Bearhug back support and I can’t recommend it more! It’s incredible, im so glad I made the purchase, the material, the design and the overall product is 10/10! If you’re suffering with lower back pain, disc problems, Sacral/Coccyx or SI joint problems- try this!!!!
Fab product and perfect for what was needed! My husband had a really bad back strain from a over-strenuous gym session (🙄) and was looking for something to ease the pain and give him confidience while it recovered and the Bearbug Lumbear lower back support has done exactly that! It not only fits very snugly but is easily adaptable with the 2 draw strings that added further stabilisation and compression - he said that the pain had eased almost entirely. Whilst I bought him the large / XL size I tried it on too and, because the draw strings can stretch a long way, it fitted me too (I would ordinarily buy the small/medium) - so if you're thinking of getting one you may also want to consider whether you want to go a size up so that it can adapt to other family membears (😁).
