as you see by the photo im not wearing it i carnt wear it as its to small this is the second one iv had to buy i first bought a medium as my old one from a different company was medium fitted fantastically but got to hot so i tried your got medium no good sent emails asking for size information and got nothing back so i bought large still to tight a complete and utter waste of time and money iv give one because you had to deliver is ok maybe thats down to the royal mail but i will be writing a warning on every advert i come across because your after sales are disgusting
Fantastic product that has allowed me to continue running pain free. Comfortable, with no slippage when running and with just the right amount of compression this is a fabulous piece of kit- highly recommended 🙂🙌🏻
Really happy with the knee brace stabilises the knee while running so has allowed me to continue running despite a damaged meniscus already had the calf sleeves which are excellent and the knee sleeves are just as good.
tried again went up a size from medium to large thats still rolls down and nearly cuts your circulation off iv asked you
in numerous emails about sizes youv chosen to ignore everyone so il call it a day im not wasting anymore money
As much as I feel the tightness as relief, the top band keeps rolling down once it's over my knee and it hurts! I measured my thighs so I had ordered correct ones but spent a lot of money and it just rolls down so bit disappointed
BEARHUG now a default part of my running attire!!: I have arthritic knees and BEARHUG are the best supports I have used. (I also have a BEARHUG ankle support following my heel fracture.)

After feeling a twinge in my knee, I took some time off running. Felt it could do with some support so gave this a go. Was a godsend on a trail half marathon and also got me through fours days at Love Trails. Knee is so grateful for this!
After having knee issues for a while and following a scan which established my ligaments were deteriorating, I needed some decent knee supports to allow me to keep running.
Bear hug knee supports have been wonderful, allowing me to run pain free. They have a very good tightness which doesn't allow them to slip but isn't too constricting.
Tried it at the gym and it took a bit of getting used to. And it felt great when doing squats of 155kg and been supporting my left knee cap and been using it sometimes when not at the gym especially on my left knee. I do recommend it and I might buy the one for my elbows because at times I have suffered tennis elbow sometimes.👍
Both are helping with my recovery from bilateral patellar tendon rupture. Making walking slightly easier and giving me the confidence in my knees. Great product, highly recommended. I’ve used these previously but in rugby as well and they hold out well. Finally Charlotte in the orders team, I had a delay on an ordered which was out on their control and she sorted me out. Great service.
Bought a bear hug knee brace due to suffering with knee pain whilst running, and had a half marathon in 2 weeks. Since wearing it, I’ve been able to run fine with very little to no pain. It allowed me to
Complete the half with a 6 minute PB (after thinking I wouldn’t even be able to run!). It’s breathable, comfortable and doesn’t move at all. It means I can now work on the underlying issue without completely cutting something I love doing! Thankyou!
I love Bearhug! I have wrist and elbow supports and now that I’m a mature lady playing pickleball and squash just need that extra support on my right knee joint. It fits well no rolling down comfortable to play with it on and gives me the support I need.
Finally able to walk again, since I started to use it got less pain and stress as don’t have to worry about my knee will dislocate again, highly recommended product 👌🏻👌🏻
This support really support my knees, I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately with every wash as per the instructions, they have shrunk so now the band at the top is too tight so now uncomfortable to wear.
I got it for a half marathon I wasn't ready for, I've hurt my knee and not done enough rehab so got a knee support, took it easy and paid attention to the knee and made it round in one piece having really enjoyed it
Best thing I ever brought i was skeptical but it helped me massively with my knee in the London Landmarks Half Marathon last weekend. Only wish I had brought 2 at the time for the other knee which decided to give up the day before.
I got this just before Brighton Marathon, and my left knee was absolutely fine. Sadly I bought a second one because Bearhug advised I shouldn't be symmetrical and so I did. But I didn’t wear it, so right knee started playing up after halfway. Will not make that mistake again!
Knee supports are great. I have run with them and used them in the gym.
Really comfortable.
The shirt is very comfortable as well.
Really surprised by the quality of the bobble hat too.

Used the knee supports during the 2026 40th edition Marathon Des Sables and they worked brilliantly..No problems at all with my left knee with its two operations. They worked on one of the toughest ultras
I have real pain in my knee and kept seeing the advert for these knee supports so decided to take the plunge and get one. It fits really well and my knee feels so much more stable with it on.
Bearhug knee supports are the best on the market currently.
The compression is good and consistent. I wear one sleeve on left knee to assist while outdoors with a walking stick. The support stays tight without getting baggy and loose by the end of the day.
The sleeves wash well on a 30 degree wash, they spring back into shape.
The only criticism would be the inner silicone/rubber grip. I have to wear the supports inside out due to the itchy rash erupting on my skin because of the grip strip. However, even when worn inside out, the sleeves still support my arthritic knee very well.
Make no mistake. The customer service from Bearhug has been great and you have been more than happy to swap out knee sleeves to get the sizing just right.
I have had to pay 2 lots of £6 odd to return 2 sets of knee sleeves for exchange (which I thought could have been a free paid for service) so all in, I’m now over £60 deep for a set of knee sleeves.
For me though, this is the issue, as after my latest hiking trip to the Lake District, the knee sleeves just don’t cut it. They don’t grip and stay up longer than 5 minutes on bare legs and even over trousers (which let’s be honest, isn’t practical at all for daily use) they don’t stay up much longer than on bare legs. To make this latest set worse, the stitching started to come apart on one of the sleeves after one hike.
It’s a shame because when I pull them on and into place, they feel good!
I’m now in a place where I’ll be sending back a third set for hopefully a full refund.
I will be honest and say that I think my leg shape has something to do with gravity working the sleeve down, but surely this is going to be the case with most, if not all people.

I have been using Bearhug for years, mainly as calf sleeves. Initially, I chose them because they were the only ones that fitted me as I am 4 foot 10. However, now I use them because their quality is superb and it really works and are so comfortable. I recently had to purchase the knee support as I had a bit of trauma to my knee and I knew it was a temporary problem but the cheap ones from the pharmacy were not going to be anywhere near as good, so I bought one anyway and it has worked so well. The problem has now gone away but at least I know I have the right solution if it comes back. As for the calf sleeves I wear them on all my runs - reduces restless legs after a long run which is a massive relief.
The knee has had arthroscopic surgeries, ACL graft and revision and is pretty arthritic and prone to swelling.
The Bearhug has been a real boon in keeping the dog walks a pleasant experience.
The knee tends to lock if at the wrong angle and rotation; Bearhug has helped with compression and allowed for an easier ride.
The only negative: I didn’t buy two at the time due to being too mean.
Prior to ordering I emailed customer service to check sizes and found their advice superb. Nod to their assistance.
Oh, way nicer to wear than neoprene. All the benefits and none of the sweaty knee sensation and accompanying aromas.
These are so good, I bought a second pair a week later! Comfortable but firm support for your knees, I use these up to 10km and had no problems with movement of them. Do make sure you measure!!!
Post-run photo. The Bearhugs are nice and tight, but don’t create too much pressure. With their softness, it’s like my second skin. Cannot imagine running without them now.
I wore these on my first half marathon due to sore knees on uneven ground, they looked really good and felt supportive all the way, I’d definitely recommend 👍
