It certainly helps but it's already fraying badly. Not what I'd call value for money, but it certainly helps with my arthritis.

When I go Ten pin bowling I find my Knee and wrist begins to ache. These new supports from Bearhug are great! my knee is fully supported and my wrist. So happy I brought these and I would buy others if needed.
Due to a broken wrist which had to be pinned, my physiotherapist recommended I buy a Bearhug wrist support to enable me to start playing tennis again. I have now returned to coaching, and am beginning to hit gentle shots. The Bearhug support definitely helps and is comfortable to wear.

As a sports massage therapist my wrist get a hammering and I was struggling in the gym with wrist pain when lifting. The wrist supports have been brilliant and provide support and comfort when I’m training. My wrist are feeling much happier.

I suffer with a bit of arthritis in my wrists which affected my playing squash. Wearing the Bearhug wrist support gives my wrists much more support and has increased my confidence in playing.

I was very spectacle regarding this product or any of this type in fact as I was sure of results I may have but if I’m honest I can’t believe the difference it has made to my day to day life , absolutely quality but of equipment
I was recently surprised to receive a fibromyalgia diagnosis, and learned that compression can help with various pain points. So I ordered the Bearhug wrist sleeves and have actually gotten my hands back! I have much less pain (in combination with various exercises and medication), can get through a whole workday without losing function due to pain, and actually have grip strength again. Definitely getting a backup pair, as well as sleeves for other problem joints

I brought the wrist supports to replace some old thing I've relied on for years but which has gone slack! I need wrist supports for skiing - I use my poles a lot! - and they really did the job. I thought at first they were too tight and cutting off circulation to my fingers because they were freezing, but it turned out it was simply freezing cold.
I'm impressed. I have an issue with the joint in my wrist which can become incredibly painful. I was sceptical that a bit of fabric was going to make any difference however my wrist support is one of the best purchases I have made.
I attend Crossfit regularly and there are a lot of movements which make my wrist pain flare up. My wrist straps were not really helping but wearing my Bear Hug underneath my sturdier wrist straps makes a massive improvement during exercise. It also massively reduces the negative effect the exercise has on my joint when I keep it on afterwards.
I've found myself wearing it pretty much all the time now as it makes my day to day life a lot easier.

I sprained my wrist playing tennis a few weeks ago. The physio got me sorted and recommended a support for when I played again. Your wrist support is ideal and gives me the confidence to play as before.
I love my wrist support, it’s nice and firm and gives me confidence and comfort, after returning to tennis following a wrist injury. The initial support I tried, from a different company, crossed my palm, which felt so awkward when holding my racquet. This one is perfect as it does not cross my palm, yet provides better support around my wrist. Perfect for racquet sports and the gym.
tennis elbow / rsi symptoms mostly gone after a few weeks wearing the wristbands whilst typing or doing activities such as playing the guitar that places strain upon my wrists/arms. V comfortable. Snug-fit but you get used to that and they look cool! Overall thoroughly recommend them.
