How long is delivery time? 

All shipping methods use Royal Mail, delivery time will be in accordance with what Royal Mail quote for your selected shipping method. 

Can I see the delivery status on my order?

It is not possible to track your shipment. 

What shall I do if my goods are damaged when I receive it?

Please contact enquiries@getabearhug.com quoting your order number. 

Can I have a different delivery address than my billing address?

Yes, update it in the delivery address field when making your order.

Can I make a change to my order? 

Yes, only before you receive your shipping confirmation - please contact enquiries@getabearhug.com. You cannot change your order after you have received your confirmation. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can't cancel your order if you have already received your order confirmation. If you want to cancel your order you can return it within 14 days from when it was received and we will refund the products value.

How long do I have right of return?

You can return a product up to 14 days from when it was received.

When do I get charged for my purchase?

You are charged at the same moment as you place your order. 

Can I change way of delivery or payment method? 

No, not after you have received your order confirmation. 

Which payment methods are there?

You can pay with Credit & Debit cards through multiple payment methods; Stripe, Amazon Pay and PayPal. 

Is payment safe with you?
