DELIVERY

How long is delivery time?

We aim to dispatch your order on the same working day if the order is placed before 1pm.

Any orders after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are dispatched with the service you have selected, either Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked or Royal Mail 2nd Class Untracked. See more at Royalmail.com for specific delivery times.

Can I see the delivery status on my order?

It is not possible to track your shipment.

What shall I do if my goods are damaged when I receive it?

Can I make a change to my order?

Yes, only before you receive your shipping confirmation - please contact orders@getabearhug.com. You cannot change your order after you have received your confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

You can't cancel your order if you have already received your order confirmation. If you want to cancel your order you can return it within 21 days from when it was received and we will refund the products value.

You can return a product up to 30 days from when it was received.
