I had a little ****** in my ankle just before running 100km so I wore this ankle support during light exercise for the 2 weeks before the race and the issue went away completely. It’s also the softest support I’ve ever worn. Great price too. I’d recommend measuring your ankle beforehand and using the size guide online.
