After my sight started to deteriorate in 2015, I turned my focus to climbing. I was invited to join the GB Para Climbing Team and have won numerous Golds at World Cups and Master. Now I am also a coach and personal trainer, working with the next generation., and sharing my experience! Being part of the pack means I get the help and support I need to keep at my best.

After my sight started to deteriorate in 2015, I turned my focus to climbing. Competing in the UK para nationals, were I won my category, and was invited to join the GB para climbing team in 2018. Since then I have won numerous golds at World Cups and Masters, and won silver twice at the World Championships in 2021 and 2023. Now I am also a coach and personal trainer, working with the next generation., and sharing my experience!

Striving to be the best puts your body under a tremendous amount of stress, and injuries are frequent. To help avoid this, and give additional support when needed, I rely on Bearhug. My elbows and wrists are a constant battle, but I use the supports daily to help me in my training.
