I love trails and mud! Challenging distances with hills! I think I would say ultra challenges are my fav physically and mentally! Training is hard being a mum and fitting it in around work but when it’s something you love you’ll always find time!

How does Bearhug help?

I had a horrible fall on concrete which damaged my knee cap, doctors told me I wouldn’t able to run distance again! After scans and rehab I was able to build my strength back up but my knee cap was still causing trouble until I found Bearhug!

What does it mean to be part of the pack?

So many people ask me at races ‘how do you get on with Bearhug?’ I love the fact I can’t honestly say I would wear anything else. For compression recovery I now have 2 knee supports calf and ankle and recommend them to everyone!
